Welcome to My Website

I was born and raised in Israel. During my two years of military service, I was first General Moshe Dayan's secretary and later company commander in a basic training camp for women. I came to the United States in 1954 to study, graduating with honors in psychology from Clark University in Worcester, MA. I cherished raising three sons and a daughter, and now have five grandchildren.

I studied yoga and the art of movement extensively for seven years, and taught yoga and movement awareness. Those activities led me to the study of metaphysics and spirituality, subjects that I continue to pursue. I studied and practiced hypnosis and stress management.

I am a volunteer at Hospice by the Sea Care Center in Boca Raton, Florida, and am on the hospice speakers' bureau, speaking throughout South Florida on various topics, including living life to the fullest.
